Did you know that living in the city can increase your risk of mental illness by 40%?

We want to change this number by making our community aware of what everyone has access to: the outside.

Walking in a natural environment can actually lower brain activity associated with depression.

In partnership with Texas A&M Forest Services, we will be hosting a free event with fun activities and educational booths to provide our community with resources that promote good mental health. There will be yoga, forest therapy, live music, food trucks, face painting, puppies, and more.

This event is free, however you must RSVP and bring your ticket. Yoga class will be a first come, first-served basis. (must bring yoga mat). Time of actual yoga class will be posted closer to actual event date. Attendees with tickets will receive a special gift from us. Everything will be free except for food truck merchandise or other merchandise sales. Parking is limited so please carpool.
